mon ex a été condamné à 4 mois de prison ferme pour n’avoir pas payé la pension alimentaire de 76 pendant 36 mois, la peine a été convertie en sursis en appel, vu qu’il a fini par payer en appel
nous avons tenté une garde alternée qui n’a pas tenu
retour à la garde chez moi et paiement de 100 pour lui, qu’il ne paye évidemment pas depuis 9 mois
bien entendu, je suis passée par une saisie directe à l’employeur, trop tard, il est parti, puis essai via l’huissier, mais tous ses comptes sont dans le rouge
vu son train de vie, il se rend insolvable pour ne pas payer la pension et doit sans doute avoir mis tous ses sous sur les comptes de son amie qu’on ne peut saisir

j’envisage donc de saisir à nouveau la justice puisque depuis le début, il le dit haut et fort, il ne veut pas payer la pension, et qu’il a eu direct de la prison ferme parce qu’il avait nargué le juge
doit ton parler de récidive ou de réitération ? et dans les 2 cas que peut il risquer ?
